All Aboard! Only 30 Days to The Santa Express at Oakfield Park

Posted / 1st November 2019

There’s only 30 days to go until the most magical Christmas experience for all the family, The Santa Express at Oakfield Park. This is our favourite time of the year, and our busy team of elves are working around the clock to be ready for December 1st

As twilight falls the magic begins, as families gather to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year. Amidst the twinkling of Christmas lights and joyful singing of happy elves, you’ll hop on board The Santa Express Train and take a magical journey through glittering forests to visit Father Christmas in his cosy grotto.

We have lots of new features this year, so even if you’ve been a visitor to The Santa Express before, you can expect plenty of new surprises for 2019. Our new elf craft workshop is the perfect setting to make a homemade Christmas decoration and keepsake; or play the Reindeer Games championships in the igloo and find hidden clues the elves have laid out along the way. Children also will receive an Elf School Diploma from Mrs. Claus by completing the Christmas challenges as they go. But hurry, because tickets are selling fast and some nights have already completely sold out!

Buffers Restaurant will be open throughout December, serving festive delights, all made with local produce. With our 4.5km narrow gauge railway and over 100 acres of manicured parkland, we’re the ideal spot to spend a magical Christmas making memories with your nearest and dearest.

And if you’re part of a larger group, we offer discounts for Christmas parties or parties of 28+. For carriages with wheelchair access, please call +353 (0) 74 9173068 or email [email protected]. Book now at www.oakfieldpark.com/santa.
