Our first Buffers Night of the season was a great success and huge thanks to everyone who came along. Inspired by our park’s garden produce, our chef Damian created a delicious menu which was a real hit with diners on the night.
One of our most popular starters was our Butter Roasted Scallops with Wild Garlic and Crab Dressing.
Chef Damian’s Baked Chocolate & Salted Caramel with Honeycomb and Almond Praline was a showstopper of a dessert, while the Set Lemon Cream with Garden Raspberries and Ginger Biscuit, was also really well received.
Buffers Nights is a monthly celebration of Donegal’s finest food and the next event takes place in Buffers Restaurant on Saturday 25th May. Other key dates for your diary include:
