Who can order and receive deliveries?

Goods must be ordered by and received by a person 18 years of age or older. Where any of our drivers are in doubt as to the age of the person receiving the goods, they reserve the right to request proof of age and/or retain the goods until they can be received by a person of or above the legal age to purchase alcohol.

 

What is the delivery fee?

A delivery charge of €5 will be applied to all orders automatically.

 

Where do we deliver?

We offer delivery across the island of Ireland, which covers both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. We are currently exploring international shipping options, so to stay up to date with any changes contact us at [email protected]

 

How long does my order take to deliver?

We are proud to offer a shipping service that includes both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. We are also delighted to be able to provide 3 – 5 working days for orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays).

Deliveries will take place between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

 

Do you provide tracking information?

You will receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order has been booked with our delivery partners. If you do not receive this email within 12 hours of your order being placed (excluding weekends and holidays), please check your spam folder and contact us if you haven’t received it at [email protected] Click the tracking link in the email to see live tracking information. Alternatively you can track your order from our tracking page by entering your tracking number here.

 

You will receive a message from our delivery partners the day of the delivery with a scheduled delivery slot (usually a 1 hour window). You can manage this with them directly if the allocated time does not suit you.

 

Please be aware that from time to time delays can take place for a variety of reasons and we appreciate your understanding in such circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

Shipping & Return Policy

We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will only accept returned merchandise that has not been opened or any security seals broken.
Please ensure to use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from Oakfield Park, please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we can not accept returns we know nothing about. When returning an item please use recorded delivery, we can not process refunds or replacements for items we never receive.

If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping.
If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage provided you have only used the lowest cost method of postage available.

If you are returning a product which is outside of the 14 day period from when you received your order store credit will be issued.

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product(s), please notify us in writing or via email within 7 days to [email protected]
